i'm wondering why an ad aimed to old people in italy uses english language...

Hey I must really admit that I am just awestruck after seeing this piece of art. It is simply superb and marvelous. Definitely I would like to appreciate the people who all have been behind this wonderful creation. Indeed the old people need the assistance since they are very fragile in their second childhood. I hope that as superb they are in showing their ad, they are that much effective in helping out the older generation.
