Idea is ok BUT: is this actually weed growing out of the shovel?
No, you can see it is a new plant shoot sprouting from supposedly dead wood. Clear and nice. Well done guys.

Sorry. It's done some 3 years ago. I remember an ad where there was a stick in a pot (the ones used to guide the plant) and the stick had a sprout on it. It was more logical since you stick the stick directly into the soil. Here the fertilizer must by-pass the iron part of the shovel.
