I don't understand this. I am all for new, unique, fresh idea concept but if it shouldn't put a limit by monopolizing an idea just because a similar metaphor has been used previously. What I am trying to say is that just because Michelin used an octopus in January 2002, does this mean no agency can ever use octopus again in tire advertising?
They can but they don't send it to this kind of website, where an agency normally try to proove its creativity
