not really communicative, instead has it mentioned simply TRUCK 1 - x place TRUCK 2 - y place hault for maintance, TRUCK 3 - minor accident etc with a good pic of the truck. will serve the purpose i think --- sagar --

well, what happened to the truck....?? Does the Cargo e give you the information which streets or surroundings are broken? Bad art director. Perspective is all wrong. I do like the comic style drawing on the truck. But not for this.
