Love the art direction on these. If I'm reading these correctly, we're peering into the dreamworld that the alarm clock interrupts. I think the thought is that it's ok to leave the fun ether of dreamland if the trade-off is getting Folgers in exchange.
Bottom line: Excellent visual interest but the message is muddled. Still worth showing. Different.
I love the art direction. But the writing is great, too. A talented writer doesn't overdo it, and the simple short line on these pays off the (amazing) visual without over-explaining. The concept couldn't be clearer. Way to be.

Great commercial insight that give this campaign a lasting impression. Agree with candyman's noteworthy comments on the writer's part...love the line, simple, effective and immediate, same goes into the planner and research team. Kudos
It is an execution in search of concept. It is some personal statement or nightmare from a creative team that has been too Satchified for too long. It is also what happens when every art director has Final Cut.
