On paper the idea must have sounded pretty retarded. I mean, I can't imagine someone in the ad meeting suggest, what if we make an XXX sign with neons in a shape of a child.
But cheers to a very powerful and effective execution.

Why are these images from New York City if this is a Florida cient?
One of the problems with human trafficking is that they rarely stay where they were smuggled in. People are shipped all over the country, indeed the world.
