I hate to ask this question at the risk of sounding stupid but curiosity is getting the best of me. Why all e's?
I see a bunch of M's and W's, too..
as jet propulsion said, there are also w's and m's. on first thought, i felt there should have been other letters because there are plenty of letters that can be made from straight lines. (t, k, f, h, etc)
but i think that would have made the chart more confusing, thus not as easy to read, thus losing the idea that carrots make your eyesight better. ??

Agreed, but E, M, and W, all have the same letter shape. Have you ever seen an eye chart that consists of only 3 letters? Normal eye charts are e, f, p, t, o, z, l, p, e, d, etc. I guess I've just never seen one that uses only 3 letters.
no, no, i definitely agree that i expected to see other letters. charts like this don't exist as far as i know, but i have seen them in a lot of ads recently.
