this doesnt really say anything to me, i do feel however that 'inifinty' art directed like this has been done by bic, and will never be bettered unless another twist is brought to the table.

While I normally love minimalist ad design, this whole campaign is a bit *too* minimal for my taste. The trick I was taught by Tom Melnichek was that you toss out everything not intrinsic to the idea -- then take away one more thing, and whatever that one thing is, the audience has to immediately realize so it can make the connection that ensures an involvement with the message you're trying to get across. But here, I think they might have thrown away too many things. Sometimes the ads *almost* work, but others -- like this one -- sorta sit there.
