You have a typo on the ad. If it's for a client, fix it before you run it. If it's spec, same thing as it's going in your book.
I think (and please someone correct me if I am mistaken) the ad should read "It's up to you to have a spicier life" NOT "Is up to you..." Change the IS to an IT'S
It is up to you to have a spicier life. Or you could say "A spicier life is up to you." if you really want to say "is". Either way, fix it. While you're at it, maybe the line can get stronger since the visual is really cool.

I think that's how Brazillians (South Americans) talk. Almost like Pidgin English. I've noticed it quite often reading their comments.

interesting...that could be true. i didn't know that. but the thing is, it's written in english so unless it's a translation, i think it would lose points for basic bad grammer in a show.
