It's not translated right, in Dutch it makes sense cause it's a Dutch expression. But you can't translate it into english and sustain the same desired effect..

In Dutch, the expression 'To put something on the menu' has about the same meaning as 'To put something in the picture'.
The body copy explains that the 'Smiley' label is a new sticker, which can be found on the windows of those restaurants that have a controlled and well-respected hygiene.
