Okayish ad. My question is: Did this agency get permission to use Lindsay Lohan's name, or the Google logo for that matter, in their ad? Anytime I come up with an idea that includes a celebrity reference it gets killed for fear of the legal repercussions. Does anyone know what the actual law is when it comes to featuring celebrities or other company's logos in your ad?

I'm guessing that this would fly. Since the results are based on actual google suggestions, they aren't really claiming anything untrue about her. And at this point, Lindsay Lohan may be considered libel-proof, meaning her reputation is already so damaged that she'd have trouble proving further defamation.

Not sure about using Google, and not sure that any of this even matters because I highly doubt this 'ad' ever saw publication.

OK, I have a question regarding all three ads in this set: Is the person needing a self-help book
1) the person mentioned in each search, or is it 2) the person who sits on the computer half
the day at work and after, typing lines like "lindsay lohan is an idiot" into a search?

Low points for clarity or lack thereof.
