The visual doesn't say it's against bad breath.
doesn't need to say it, when u say that in copy. if do it, it'll become 'A for Apple' communication.
Fly is a sign of corpse :) So this guy is dead :) But execution is well done (Dead fly on the water :)

I think Fly is sign of something stinking...not necessarily "dead"....
i thought there was a law against fly in ads to show a bad smell. like spider web to show old things.

the ad is not that appealing. and its vry hard to say that flies get attracted to bad smell only.
