A total miss. Unless you know what Essentiale is for, you are unlikely to figure it out from these images. And, by the way, the people on the right may not necessarily be drunk. You don't always have to be drunk to sing karaoke. The midget rapper, I can tell, has been photoshopped into the picture later. 7 stars just for the concept, which, though original, is not well executed.
Karaoke and midget rapper are bad for the liver?

The fellow on the lower right corner is so "a bonus" that I would have skipped, especially with the backwards writing on its shirt (flipped, but forgot/lazied switching the text)
