It's called a mexican wave. Because of the 1986 Fifa world cup (in mexico) It wasn't the most exciting of tournaments so the crowd did it a lot to keep them selves entertained.

But surly this mexican wave is being formed by the celebration of a goal in different peoples living rooms all over the country.
