They're trying to set a tone with the copy. But it needed to be worked harder. Headline looks like it was copy and pasted from the brief.
Great stuff!
Despite the fact that it's a headline ad, it's a pretty good ad overall. I'd rather have a good headline ad than an all visual ad that no one gets.
