If this was an advert for the fun you can have WITHOUT batteries, it would be passable.
But it's not.
So it's poor.
What this ad tells me is, getting girls to look at your genitals is more fun than any toy with batteries, so don't buy batteries.
More fun? You know something that this ad doesn't say at all ;)
It's targeted at parents, who will have a wholly different idea of the situation.
