Done. Ad was for Real media saw it in:
Mark Gobe's book "Emotional Branding"
Page xxiv of the introduction.
Gobe is using the ad as an example of the mentality that advertisers should NOT have in relation to consumers and claims that his book is trying to counteract this sort of thinking.
He includes two other executions, lightbulb with consumers as moths and fishhook with consumers as fish.
Boring.
