This speed camera concept is not obvious enough. Good idea though!
This ad is bad ass. Perhaps it's American focused but most people here in the states know these little cameras are devious and will catch you speeding or running a light.

Without having it explained to me, I wouldn't understand this ad at all.
I like the idea, I suppose the target will be familiar with the visual.
at 16km/hr after 9:00 min the runner should have just crossed the starting line after about 20 meters

Thankfully, they haven't named any copywriter up there but I'm also wondering what the art director did. Only the creative director deserves a place because he can, at least, be pulled up for an explanation.
Are you sure you are aware of the working methods at an ad agency? My former CD had zero idea, just selected from ours.
