To make good advertising you have to fry your brain.
Good agencies do that. You should try.

it was a "plan fix" on a frying brain...pfffffffff
"this is your brain on drugs." award winning campaign from the 90's.

This is freaky! although personally i dont have any problem watching a human brain sans skull but i think, the advert is weird enough to make many a people nauseatic!By the way somebody please clarify, whose ideas are in action? the one whose brain is being cooked or the one whose topfloor isnt shown in the add? or perhaps its the same person cooking his own brain , baking his ideas and then some how he is going to adjust his fried brain in his empty cranium. Sorry guys, seems E21 ran out of ideas and finally since nothing else was there so came up with this awful advert.
