If the account is controlled by another agency, is this something we're going to see more of in the future? People creating ads for accounts they don't have, in hopes that someone will see their work and hire them? Or maybe to retaliate at a competing firm?
regarding the meaning of visual - those are all presumptions: if those are sound waves, it could also mean that woman is just loud...or guy, for that matter.

I don't get, "long" at all. This is actually terribly short, but life would be easier if it could be that short for women.
