It's a complicated issue. Now that I delete all swearing and spam I they can stay. If it gets problematic we always have the option to disallow them.
I know at least 5 people who are commenting as guest and great professionals. I would hate to lose their participation. And many-many emailed me to keep them on, both guests and registered users. I also got several opinions like yours. I try to balance everybody's wishes.

if it was toned down a bit i think you would find it in vogue. def would find this ad in Men's Health. Good production artist.

initially, the visual came off as a violent ad to me. 'leave no evidence' might be a better tag for this.
