No, clearly we all saw the big cigarette butt that consists of a bunch of litter that does not include a cigarette butt. Which goes counter to the line of copy.

Also, on the lower right corner, it says "bin them." Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it imprudent to exhort people to throw smoldering cigarette butts into bins filled with flammable garbage?
Fire safety 101, people.
