Overall. I like art direction here with the cute glucometers and cold hospital feel shade of gray. I think this concept has some legs on it though. But why do the same ad three times? Also the copy needs work––don't you think?

So the idea here is that if you are obese, your sugar level is likely to be high. That's not a fat chance; it's not even a slim chance which means the same. Fat chance is an idiomatic expression which implies that's something is unlikely to happen. In light of this, I agree that the current headline may cause some momentary confusion. To prevent that, I would keep it as is; just use a different color for the word fat only (that's like using inverted commas when you want to show that the use of a particular word may not be completely suitable in the context of what you're saying).

I think the visual is nice...the headline is totally wrong although maybe it is corrupted by the translation.
