Muy buena síntesis visual. La entendí en 1,5 segundos. Felicitaciones.
So the survey said that. So? Why should I come to Dr. Brian Dower??
Well, that's world changing information. But the shovel fails to throw away all my inertia to visit mr. dower!

waste of creative sans marketing motives
1. Shoveling is spelled with one 'L'.
2. "13% of Ontario chiropractors surveyed said poor shovelling techniques top the list of winter back pain woes."
My comment: So what?
Aye, there's the rub.

I like it...and shovelling can be spelled with one or two L's
Yeah, as a hypothetical part of the target, I have to say this visual hits a nerve. The copy could have been better, and placed better within the layout. But the image has a punch that can't be shaken if you've ever pulled your back out clearing snow. That's worth something, if not quite 1,000 words.
