Yes, I do find this funny in a way. Because it's not that obvious. However, they do not show the product's benefit - those guys would be glad to have some pain.
Plus, this one does not look like very much pain because of the mud.

Hi fella! Do you guys really work for this client? Is this a new product benefit or just false/ deceiving claim, tailored for the awards? I thought Dolormin is for headache & menstrual pain?

I think some of you are taking this ad a little too serious, it's nice to see something lighthearted in what's usualy a very melodramatic catagory.
