The Client is Döhler, that is a manufacturer of bed clothes, table and bath. This campaign shows a line of products especially made for hospitals and health clinics.

Shouldn't the emphasis be on the quality or comfort of the bed clothes/towels or whatever?

This makes it look like they're all shit and need health care themselves which is not very good.

Spanky probably had a hand in this. He'll say it was me or my sister or brother/dad or some other nonsense but we'll know it was him.
