I like it a lot. So simple. I will think of this visual every time anybody says "small wold" from now on.

yeah like the arrow in the fedex logo.

At the first moment I like it. After a few seconds I'm sure: it's to simple.

So much happens in that tiny world,

done done done done.

stop global warming !!

hahhaha you said it mate!

hehehe...water world

that doesnt say small world to me, that says shit loads of sea.
i would have done it differently, i would have shown those revolving globes you can buy from stationary shops and had a small world in the middle OR how about this?.... actually i aint giving it away.

Yeah, but you know what? That's probably been done, too. So you can trash that idea, as well, Mr. I've got a BIG idea. ;)

haha, youre right, it might aswell stay in my head, it hasnt been done before in there.

actually out of curiousity lets see if its been done before.
How about a world atlas book but really thin?
huh?
if i see it here in a few months i want some credit or ill see you in court!

Been done.
If not by some creatives in advertising, by Paris Hilton. ;D

damn it. im quitting

the small globe has been done before. Via Travel from Norway. It is on the Cannes lions site. But like DHL is new to me

chintan ruparel's picture

i like it...simple and effective

atleast airline tickets will be a lot cheaper, lol

"We need to say the world is small for DHL, let´s reduce de size of the earth on the map!!!!"

Very exciting.

Try harder.

So so for me.
I would have thought a globe shot, with all continents moved closer together.
i.e. reverse continental shift, illustrating where they have all moved from.

>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.

Oh fuck! i got the exact same idea in my portfolio... even the fuckin line is the same!

pixelbomb1's picture

what's with the foul language.. you snooze you loose!

im sorry pixelbomb, its just part of my expression. Mean no harm.

small, yet powerful!!
let's say it better!

student work? why repeat headline with visual? it's geographically wrong.

Actually this ad won a silver medal at the new york festivals last thursday, so nu piepen jullie wel anders

REally? won a silver? Ill be damn

i did the same concept 4 years ago for "fastlink" Jordanian mobile company, i have just placed a small earth in the middle of my layout and the line comes (I cant remember it well) but its something like that "the world with fastlink SMS services"... Unfortunately i didnt get any awards ;}} damn ....

well, i guess its a first thought idea huh.. erm.... Nvm, life goes on. Get a better one next time. darn
