good use of flag!
This ad works best with those who know that the Indonesian flag is the same as the Polish flag, except upside down. And vica versa, of course. That excludes 98% of Americans.
Bold and simple. I wager it gets high readership, unlike 98% of all ads.

wow man, I think this has been done better with flag as well before.
Whats wrong with redoing the 'idea' for another campaign if it fits the client and campaign? Advertising steals from culture all the time. Get over it.
