Copy should have been different and why not rip all the skin of her arm? That would make some more impact. I've been to Gunther von Hagens' Body World lately and this just fails to make a strong impression on me.

Your tolerance for gore is too high I think! :)
Haha, maybe, but those little cute baby seals aren't skinned this way either. I'm just thinking, if you're making a statement, take it all the way.
But as I said, I've seen Body Worlds yesterday. Some imagery to give you an idea ;p

Yes those are real humans. Freaky!

I've seen that exhibition some 10 years ago in Austria. It was fantastic. I expected to be disgusted, but it felt like plastic.
First I saw them like like that too until I saw a video how they transform a dead person into a plastinate. Quite shocking and suddenly I saw them as real people (yet, well... dead.)

Am I the only one that finds this weirdly hot? Blood 'n boobs? More boobs tan blood actually. Meh campaign by the way, I'm not sold on the 90s idea.
Quite really.
It's like PETA as done by ad students with access to nude models. Not original or well-done.
And I fully agree.
I think it's too bad they used such a hot girl... it makes the message dissappear behind, well, boobs :)
I cant really see an idea here, other than " You wouldn't like it to happen to you , would you". Seeing is that we humans have been desensitized by easy access to gore and get to the point where we can watch war on T.V. and not even really feel for our own race, this message will fall short. Needs a deeper visual metaphor....but then again, who the f@*k am I?
nice... i like the concept

What I'm hearing is that people are hard to shock and that therefore something more extreme was needed. Hm.
Instead, why not head 180 degrees north, something cerebrally appealing and challenging or something gorgeous to look at or something really hilarious? I don't think any special effect yet devised could meet the casual ghoul on his own turf. Moreover, as a society, we are enured to blood and guts. If you've spent a lazy Sunday walking among skinned bodies the way you do racks of clothes at the mall -- and millions have to date -- I have to ask, what would shock you?
I would have said that the art direction and execution of this series should be grittier and less polite, less catalog-clean. But I see that the whole thing needs to be scrapped and started over. Shocking people is not the strategy any more than guilt or great quotes.

i think the over exposed, over connected "look at me generation" is hard to shock, they are selfish and bury their heads into a smartphone if they don't like whats going on...but, maybe personification is whats needed, its shocking, but i dont know if I leave thinking about the poor animals
I do however think if this babe is gonna convince me shes in agony, she should have a more intense expression, the one that she is giving is the expression you give when you get a dead leg ( Charley Horse )
Good point. I hadn't even gotten as far as scrutinizing the silly "modelish" facial expressions here. There are wrong turns aplenty in this set.

Yikes.
Firstly the woman is having some really strange expressions... as if she is asking... Hey who did it? Secondly... other than jack mancer even she seems to have tremendous threshold for pain... coz it is not visible on her face. This as wanted to create an imaginary "Tit-for-Tat" effect from an animal's perspective... but all they cud show is the TIT! doesn't really impress me a lot!
And then GOD said...
Let there be creativity!!!
Agreed with Tom Megginson
Not very original, but still well done and works.
What hath God wrought
Don't like at all.
JIGSAW, saw movie
That's one hot looking mink!
I'm not really sure what the campaign is all about, but you got my attention...oh, animal cruelty, right...so are you for or against it?! Oh, against it, yes - I see now.
According to a trend video I saw on "the you tube" shock-vertising like this is gonna be trend this year cuz its hard to grab attention in a media soaked world.
The image is not bad, but the rest -graphism&type- are ugly!

C'est une question de vie ou de mort.
