great layout, great execution.
Looking at small size, it looks almost perfect but at normal size, It's not that good. The tornado looks a bit empty and the bottom of the ribbon makes no sense, we see the ending, which is definitely a 30 minutes job.
It's not bad, but not as perfect as it should be.
Logo looks like medicine company.
the yellow part takes down all the effort on the art.

Haha this is fucking amazing. This agency actually ripped a television show about a fashion magazine, Ugly Betty. In the previous season they launch a magazine cover that looks almost identical: http://abc.go.com/shows/ugly-betty/photos/274427/275167
