Me gustaría verlo en Colombia, por que el copy en inglés si habla sobre transferencia entre Hispanoparlantes ( España-Colombia) y el público objetivo habla español....?
Y bueno respecto a las ciudades europeas y norteamericanas arriba...creo, que es precisamente por que así están dispuestos los paises en el globo terráqueo, ademas Colombia está al sur "Al otro lado del Mundo"

Estos afiches también están pautados en las casas de cambio de las principales ciudades en el exterior desde donde se envían divisas hacia Colombia. En el exterior La ciudad colombiana sí está ubicada en la parte de arriba.
