the cupcake is representing a bomb to your teeth, but that kinda does nothing wuth the concept because this would be perfect with a dental cavities ad, not sensitivity.

The ad is not that complicated. Sweets are bad for your teeth, very simple concept. Some ads need to be taken at face value.
