Maybe you should take a second to look at the published date. It said it was published in 2005. The link that you gave is from the recent post (there is no published date provided on that one).
Although this ad campaign is posted on this website after the other campaign, it may published before. The person who create this campaign may try to show that they came up with the idea first.
So, you should not rush into any conclusion if you see similar ideas posted on the website.
