I don't think so. There are other campaigns with the same look though, maybe you remember something similar.
They've been around for a while but they're pretty sweet. I like.

IMHO this ad says "we delay"
nope...they are not a giant hamster...but if said giant hamster should impede your commute then these people will surely alert you to the delay.
