I think its too easy to visualize the lady carrying the huge strawberry for the photo shoot ... instead of projecting the image that she is strawberry flavour personified ..

I don't think it's supposed to be strawberry-flavoured anything. The message is that if you don't floss you could have things stuck in your teeth. I think I've seen this concept before somewhere, but basically, all the crowd notices is the strawberry stuff in your teeth, and not the person at all. All the while, the person doesn't even realize.
I like it. Effective.
