The hedge in front of the house is a bit misleading cause it's about the cards. But it's a good idea! I like it ;-)

You know, without critiques there won't be any progress.
Nothing can be perfect.
I also red his comments and his every comments are truth.
Don't you think this ad can be improved as well?
If you say something is good enough then you can not go higher than that.

Sorry parkjaesung.jason, I agree with guest. In order to give great feedback you need to know what great work is and after looking at his site, I'm pretty sure he doesn't. It's true that if we all say an ad is perfect than where do you go from there, but we just need to make sure that the critiques we make are actually helping the ad and not hurting it. Considering a lot of the people making comments are juniors or students who haven't been in the "real world" long enough to understanding advertising I'd be tempted to say I think AOTW should shut down the comment section.

You don't have to be a good cook to a be great culinary critique. You don't have to be an artist to be a great art critique. Same goes here.

Also, everybody is entitled to their opinion. There is no need to ban anyone. Freedom of speech is something you should value.

Some comments are more valuable and others are less. If you disagree with a statement you're free to argue with it. This discussions is something we can all benefit from and it's what will help students better understand what the industry is all about.

Ad hominem attacks have little or no value.

True, good point Ivan. I just get frustrated when I see ad bashing followed up by the comment "That's what it's like in the real world". I've been doing this for about 10 years and I've never dealt with a CD or ACD that has been like that. Most bosses are true professionals and know if they treat employees like that, they would lose good talent.

this is niche, maybe the traditional house that everyone makes with cards would have been better, but anyways....it works

I also like it Jaap, but I don't find the hedge to be misleading, I find it to be very leading. I also like the sky because it is sky-like. And because I've played with cards and recognize that this ad is saying, "Watch out for paper cuts, cards are sharp, silly!" even though it doesn't say that.

Could have kept the concept of gambling, in regards to property purchasing, going by using more than just cards for the house.

There are better aspects to 'gambling' (chips, dice etc.) than cards and more aspects to property (like the hedges) than the physical house.

I thought, this one is promoting anti-gambling.
But I realize that this concept can work on property agency.
Nicely done.
