I like the photography - it's not an ad that needs to sell anything, so I guess it's enough that the image attracts some attention. And in my case it did.

I quite like it.
The subtle change of the word "advertising" to "creativity" is clever and does a good job in expressing the challenges we all face in our work today. IMHO.
