This sucks. Someone fell in love with duo tones and bad headlines.
Unusual approach, however oversaturated images down side, bad headline, and illegible copy let this down. However am guessing in the context of a boating magazine these may have nice cut through. Looks like someone has just discovered the hue and saturation function on P/shop. Just hope they dont find the drop shadow layer effects too.
