Thumbs up for nice Concept.
Little bit disagree with execution, mainly the expression of the mother.
A very nice concept.

Early to bed, early to rise, work like hell and advertise
great work.
that is really good!
the concept is used before (the shadow), but the way of presenting it is nice.
your work is your identity.

you are absolutely right, it's a 100% deja vu...the idea is still good and you can check how it's already been used here http://www.coloribus.com/admirror/clothes_make_pregnant/
I like this, even though it feels a bit deja vu. But I agree with SL2D on the mothers expression, she doesn't seem very happy to have adopted a child.
There's another campaign by Ogilvy, Mumbai and it's way better.
Very, very good!

superb
Clever. Adoption is similar to being pregnant.
brilliant idea.. i wish if i cud also adopt such a thinking..
Nice - simple and powerful. Lovely idea.
Just because both the ads show the shadow as pregnant woman doesn't mean it is the same idea.
The mother's day idea is a bit forced, however this one is more meaningful.

superb!!! keep it up.
Nice combination. Cheers.
Totally disagree with all of the above. This ad won't motivate one single woman to consider adopting. You're thinking about your book, not your audience.
