when i REFLECT on this ad, i feel its missing something

It's missing a lot. Educating street kids? I don't see anything that deals with education. Maybe say something like "helping street kids get to the top" or "building better lives for street children" or something that plays on the contrast between slum and skyscraper.

HEY LOOK, WE TAKE STREET KIDS OUTTA THE SLUMS. CAN'T YOU SEE THE LADDER GOING TO THE HIGH RISE?
This is supposed to be about helping street kids, but I feel no emotional connection with the ad. There is no truth in the advert. And there are two creative directors? Too many cooks in the kitchen spoiled this broth.
