I'm probably the only one wondering which Citroën idea you're referring to...
I had to think... and I don't like thinking about ads. Most people wont go past it and say "hang on a second...what?"
City car = small car concept is not exactly new... or exciting (but it doesn't mean it can't be effective in terms of sales).
So the execution should be a little more... clear?
