Gah. I understand where you're coming from as I've done many disease awareness campaigns but the execution is shit. Men (largely) aren't worried about testicular cancer so an ad saying instead of checking your balls, check your neck seems ineffectual. They aren't doing the first bit to begin with. Bowel cancer is another that isn't on the tips of anyone's tongue. To say X happens more than Y only works if Y is something I care about.
The breast cancer is probably more effective, but it's a one-off. If you want to raise awareness go all out. This is too timid; everything relies on comparing to other diseases and that can not possibly be the best way to go. Go back to the drawing board and you can do better.

Perhaps in the UK testicular cancer isn't cared for much by man, but in eastern europe i think it is. Not sure how it measures in other parts of the world.
