Sorry to be brutal Oddie Vritt, but it's creepy. Makes her look like a lizard or something. Advertisers sometimes forget that when an ad is for food, gross-out humor is not allowed!

Well, it's pure psychology. It's apparently been proven human mouth alone (even a smiling mouth) IS CREEPY and it's the feeling we inherited way back from our ancestors... Mouth alone just doesn't work...
