i do like the idea and the execution, but im asking is it true that some beautiful house have such a bad smell? in other words shouldnt they have shot a simpler dirtier house than this one?

I don't see a benefit communicated that is specific to this product, as opposed to any carpet cleaner.

And people above mentioned someone wouldn't have a super-clean house with a carpet like this.

You could address this by giving the information that carpets collect dirt a lot more than non-carpet floors.

I also think it might be more effective if you show the process. Not just the dirty, but the clean also.

Some of this stuff is maybe practical stuff which I'd see as working towards selling the product more than working towards impressing ad people.

But one doesn't have to rule out the other, depending on the solutions you come up with.
