I know what they're trying to do here but the tag line is so clumsy it's just not working for me.

keep in mind it's a translation. so it's going to be a little clunky.
That's no excuse. If they chose to run the ad in English then the ad has GOT to work in English. Period. If the joke or words don't translate to another language, then it needs to stay in the language in which it does work. Otherwise what's the point?
i doubt it ran in english. they probably translated it themselves to get feedback on here. if they decide to enter it in an english language awards show, they should pay a real translator to do a better job.

um, female dogs get spayed. I think they meant 'neutered' here. It would make the 'weight' joke work a lot better. I guess it would still work in reference to a dog's ovaries, but I don't think that's the 'weight' there were talking about.
