I took me a moment, I laughed. I like this BUT

I had to get that it was about cement before seeing the bag; all people who are in the market for cement will not take this long to get it. And I don't see them reading the type of media where this can best be placed. I'm imagining it in a magazine, mobile ad or webpage ad and believe that this would be best as a billboard BUT

the copy and the product are not working together with the art, so on a billboard as is a bad idea.

It's fun BUT

is it going to sell cement? Is there now a The Hulk campaign? Salespersons in Hulk gloves, green pencils in back offices?

I don't think we're going to go forward with this.

Every observation that I had has been stated already. So nothing to comment.

Just one layman question from my side. Does the Agency had to take permission from Marvel or any other organization to use the Hulk character in the ad? The reason I ask this is, if it is yes, then it must have cost a fortune.
