It means the Magazine will 'Speak it's mind', hence the line a magazine with opinion. It just means that it's says what's on it's mind. Still not amazing.

me neither...and the connection between brain and newspapers/mags is soooooo done that even the dumbest person of the world gets bored by that...
I don't know wich one is worst.
art direction could be better.
Think it smells a bit too much of "now we do the combined symbol ad trick"...aaand it´s kind of a student idea. Which I should know cause I´m a student myself;-)
