The joke is... drinking Mid-Strength beer men don't have to!

Mid-strength (alcohol) beer = extra drinks (with mates at the pub etc)

Spending more time at pub = Less time with wifey!

TOO much time with wifey = THIIIIS! (aarrgghhh!)
