when one sees an ad like this, coming from such an agency, you start looking for something that you missed that makes the ad great. I found nothing...

Probably the worst concept in the world.

if carlsberg did grammar,
and proper line breaks,

this ad still would suck.

f-f-f-f-face!

what a waste of a dimitri daniloff shot.

Bad grammar, or is that just "British", I can't tell. In any case I did like the ad. There's only so deep you can and would want to go with a beer ad.

it is infact a British thing. We Canadians follow the same English rules (most of the time). Brits commonly treat collective nouns as plural (the couple are going to the movies, the corporation are holding their annual meeting), whereas I think most the rest of the world treats them as singular, so it sounds wrong.

is it like "the big carlsberg family" so they're talking in the plural? or just some kind of "proletarianization" of their brand?
anyway, it's annoying. just like their claim.
and their beer.

"If carlsberg did it , it would probably be the best" is a very good idea for a long time now. But the example with the weather is bullshit. It's probably not the best idea they had. Camouflage is cool.
Now that the concept is here, the whole agency must produce a lot of "the best". It's strange to have this Weather.

Come on guys and girls of the world, let's do Carlsberg ads!

( yes, I don't have a lot of work at this time...)

F/Nazca did the same concept for Skol Beer last year, and it was much more funny. Notice that F/Nazca is a Saatchi&Saatchi agency too!

I think (if) the art direction is good I would have liked this ad,
yes the idea is not bad, but the final product ''\*@....
anyway, I should mind my own business, right ; P

Like the concepts. Could have been nice to have used more humorous looking lads, these guys should be drinking sea breezes. However theres something quite memorable about these Ads.

Sheeeesh, what terrible grammar. I don't care if it is British, it's terrible grammar. And what a "great" slogan. Probably the best beer in the world. Isn't that similar to dirty but clean
