Ivan, can you post the links of two ads here that show: #1 A man rioting towards police and the object he throws forms a diagram. #2 a man sunbathing and his big belly also forms a diagram.
My opinion is that those two executions are way better than this one. This is a lot more forced that those two.

is it right to say "effects"? shouldn't it be "affects"?
That's what I was going to say! I'm almost positive "effects" means that something creates or causes a beginning, like effecting a riot, and that something which "affects" causes changes on something that is already there, like music affects someone's emotions, or seasons affect the weather. There is always room for error, but something effecting buildings just doesn't sound right.
